This course teaches principles of cooking starting with seasoning food, reducing salt in the diet, food presentation and setting the table.  Preparing coffee and tea, breakfast foods, vegetable, fruit and grain dishes and meat, poultry and fish are discussed and demonstrated through how-to videos and other activities.
